Yummy Yogurt Pie

Recipes »  Desserts  »  Pies

Quick, simple to make, and goes down easily after a heavy meal. Doesn't get any easier than this. Even my five year old Grandaughter can make this.

"Very good and easy to make! I made a homemade graham cracker crust and made homemade whipped cream to mix with strawberry Greek yogurt. I drizzled it with melted triple chocolate sauce then put the pie in the freezer for a while before eating. The texture is so decadent and smooth and full of flavor! I look forward to experimenting with different flavors of yogurt and even my homemade Oreo crust. The possibilities are endless!"

Servings
Original recipe makes 8
1 ready madeGraham Cracker Crust; any flavor, although I prefer chocolate or Oreo Cookie
1 8-oz containerWhipped Topping; (CoolWhip)
2 8-oz containersFruit flavored yogurt; I prefer the berry flavors for taste and color
Chocolate drizzle; optional

Yummy Yogurt Pie Preparation

Gently combine whipped topping and yogurt in a large bowl until well blended. Do NOT use a mixer. Mix and fold by hand only until well blended.

Pour into graham cracker crust.

Place in refrigerator (uncovered) at least two hours or until set.

Drizzle with melted chocolate or garnish of choice if desired.

Notes

Great recipe to make with kids. They can virtually do it themselves. No baking required

This was delicious. I sprinkled crushed Oreos on top, rather than the chocolate. I froze it and served it still partially frozen. Big hit with guests!

Loved it! Easy to make, a real no-brainer. I used strawberry/banana Chobani Greek yogurt and tinted with food coloring for a light pink shade. My grandson is 16 months old and he loved it! I will absolutely make it again!

One of the best desserts for the price and time it takes to make! I'm not a fan of yogurt but I could eat this all day!

LOVE this. It also works great frozen; just set out for a few minutes to soften before serving.

I tried this recipe 1 day last wk & my fiance & 2.5 yr old have been asking for it daily!!!! We luv it!!! I used the miniature Graham cracker crusts instead of using 1 regular sized crust (that way we an divide them evenly). Thanx for the recipe ?
