chefontherun ,This recipe is great and it's simple. The sauce is the best I've ever tasted but I would not use that much oil in it. Cut the oil for the sauce to 1/4 cup. I also tried the sauce by putting 1/2 ketchup and 1/2 chili sauce. Both ways work well.15y
