Ingredients

3 cups Egg noodles; uncooked
1 tablespoon Butter
1/4 cup Onion; chopped
1/2 cup Celery; chopped
1 each Chicken Breast; (13-oz can)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Potato chips; crushed
1 can Cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Cook pasta noodles as per directions on package.

Meanwhile place butter, onion and celery in 3-qt. glass covered casserole. Microwave about 3 minutes on HIGH, or until partly cooked.

Drain and flake chicken. Stir in remaining ingredients (except potato chips). Microwave about 8 minutes on medium high setting (70% - 80%) or until heated through (about 150F). Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Sprinkle top with crushed potato chips before serving.

NOTE: You may substitute tuna, turkey, chopped ham, pork, beef or any other meat for a different taste.

Since none of my family likes mayonaise - I substituted plain yogurt - the recipe was easy as said - but it needs more spices or something to make it more palitable

It was mild so my toddlers liked it. Too mild and too many carbs for the adults. I''''d make it again for the kids.
