Ingredients
| 1 tablespoonPaprika |
| 1/2 teaspoonGround cumin |
| 1/2 teaspoonrubbed sage |
| 1/2 teaspoonFreshly-ground black pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoonGarlic powder |
| 1/2 teaspooncayenne pepper; or to taste |
| 1/2 tablespoonButter |
| 1/2 tablespoonVegetable oil |
| 4 pork chops; boneless 1/2"-thk center-cut |
Cajun Pork Chops Preparation
Combine paprika, salt, sage, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne on a plate. Coat chops with seasoning mixture on both sides.
Heat butter and oil over high heat in a large skillet until very hot. Place chops in skillet, reduce heat to medium and cook 8 to 9 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time.
