Alternative to the "Popeye" burger. Moist, lean, healthy gilled burger.
Preheat Grill.
In large bowl mix all ingredients. Best to use your hands so as not to over work the meat. Depending on the size you want your burgers, shape meat into 4-6 patties.
Turn grill to medium heat. Use grill spray or wipe grill with olive oil. Place burgers on grill. Grill 5-7 minutes on each side. Turn only once. Juices should run clear.
Burger can be topped with cheese and works great with an onion roll. We keep our meals low-carb in my house buy omitting the bun. We serve the burgers with a grilled pineapple salsa and spinach and mandrin orange salad. Enjoy!
