Pork Chops in Creamy Dijon Mushroom Sauce

Pork Chops in Creamy Dijon Mushroom Sauce

Ready in 30 minutes

This made a great supper my wife loved it. Not spicy at all. I served it with broccoli and the rest of the package of mushrooms sauteed in butter with 1/2 a finely chopped onion.

"My kids and husband enjoyed the sauce and chops. Thank u for the great recipe!

Pork Chops: I had Pork Chops with bone in. So, I seasoned with sea salt, rosemary, garlic, and pepper on both sides. I than grilled them.

Sauce: When I added the mushrooms, I also added approx. 2 TBLS of the green onions. I added a 1/4 tsp salt & pepper, while bringing to a boil. "

Made this again tonight. I pan seared/sautéed because chops were thin and it still came out fabulously. I also used salt and pepper to season the chops first.

Very tasty! I used whipping cream instead of milk, nice and creamy! Added garlic too!

The boyfriend LOVED it, which is saying something since he didn't think I could even cook! I added twice the amount of dijon, twice the amount of boullion, the two tablespoons of butter I sauteed the mushrooms in, and drained the juice from the broiled chops into the sauce (plus liberally seasoned the chops and sauce with sea salt & pepper)..PERFECT!

Very good, I added salt and pepper to the chops and the sauce plus added more mushrooms and an additional tsp of Dijon.

Excellent recipe! My husband loves pork and I do not so I'm always looking for new ideas... Loved this recipe - I added ground sage to the sauce and a tiny bit of garlic!
