Ingredients

4 tablespoons Butter
1 Onion; -chopped
2 1/2 pounds Cabbage; -chopped
1 tablespoon Chicken bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon Poultry seasoning

Preparation

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and saute onions until translucent and soft, but not brown.

Add cabbage all at once, and sprinkle with bouillon and poultry seasoning.

Toss to combine, lower heat to medium-low and cover pan.

Cook, covered, stirring every 10 minutes, until cabbage reaches desired level of doneness.

Best cabbage I've ever made! It was good at first...but we made it as a main dish and I think my boyfriend overdid it on the seasoning...it made me ill for two days. It would be much better watered down and in a small portion.

Excellent! I used my own stock and Chef Prudhomme Poultry Magic and it disappeared; not a leftover remains!
