Curried Lamb

Ready in 2 hours

Delicious classic Caribbean dish. I always get asked for the recipe.

"Wow just finished eating this dish. Very very nice. I used lamb loin chops as I like the flavor the fat brings and found I needed to add a bit of water halfway. This dish is awesome!! Highly recommend!"
