I make the salad first so that the onion can mellow
Toss salad ingredients together
Mix all ingredients well
Mix onions with spices and fry gently in a little oil until soft, add a little water if it gets too dry, not more oil
Add mince and brown thoroughly.
Add pomegranate molasses and 200 (ish) ml water and simmer for 10 minutes or so then allow the moisture to evaporate
Serve by layering up all the elements in a pitta or on flatbread. Enjoy
