2 1/2 lbs Lump Crab Meat
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
1 1/2 package Saltine crackers; crushed
3 Eggs
2 1/2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Worcestershire Sauce; to Taste

Original recipe makes 4



Spread crabmeat out in a large flat pan and shake salt, pepper, Old Bay and crackers on top. In a small bowl, mix the egs, mayo and mustard, adding liberal dashes of Wocestershire Sauce to taste.

Add egg mixture to crabmeat mixture gently by hand. Scopp and form into about 8 cakes.

Broil 4 - 5 inches from heat source for about 3 mins. er side -- or until golden brown.
