This is my delicious meatloaf recipe. I make it at least once a month and my family loves it! It is different every time I make it. You can use a mix of ground beef and ground turkey or try it with just ground turkey.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large bowl combine ground beef, onion, eggs, oyster sauce, ketchup, worstershire sauce, salt and pepper and the crackers - I just break these up with my hands
I mix this very well with my hands because this is the best way to mix it really well, you don't want chunks of beef without the flavor.....
I place in baking dish and shape like loaf. Top with more ketchup, salt and pepper. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes but check for doneness after 1 hour. Cooking times vary with your own oven.
Always use your own judgement on how much to use based on the actual amount of meat used!
