Much tastier than what you'll find in the frozen section. You can also vary the ingredients - use turkey instead of ham, for instance.
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Roll the pizza dough into a 14 inch circle and cut into 8 triangles. Stack a piece of the ham, cheese and onion on the bottom of each triangle and roll the dough up around the filling. It's okay if some of the filling sticks out the ends. Put the pockets on a parchment lined bakikng sheet. Bake until golden and crisp, about 20 minutes.
