This is one of my favorites... only takes a short time but look out, you'll think your at a 5 star restaurant
Heat oven to 450
Take raw jumbo Shrimp clean and de vain them then
Cut from end to tail don't cut thru all the way
Leave in shell, fold in half.
put into greased pan standing then upright
use the sides of pan to kept them (L) shape
Dice very fine the garlic
brown garlic and scallions in the pan with butter ...don't burn the butter
add white wine and vinegar add juice from one lemon
Heat 5 -10 min stirring constantly.... set aside
Grade the Parmesan cheese
take the sauce with a spoon and spread all over the shrimp in the dish, in this case More is better
then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese onto each shrimp
then sprinkle small amount of the fresh parsley on top of each shrimp
Turn oven to Broiler place pan under broiler for 5-7 min
