Suggest a better descriptionSplit each shrimp shell on underside down to tail, try to avoid cutting meat. Put shrimp in bowl with above ingredients. Stir well to coat. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Push shrimp onto skewers and grill shrimp 6 inches from heat source, turning frequently, until the shrimp turn red (about 15 mins).
Serve skewered shrimp with garlic butter.
GARLIC BUTTER RECIPE:
½ cup melted butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp Tabasco sauce
2 cloves garlic, mashed
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients well and serve in saucers as a dip for shrimp.
