1/2 cParsley, stems trimmed
2 tbStock, warmed
6 tbolive oil
1/2 tsSalt
3 mdGarlic cloves, chopped
1/8 tsBlack pepper
2 slStale bread, crusts removed
1 cWalnuts, toasted

Agliata Per Pasta (Garlic and Walnut Sauce for Pasta) Preparation

Soak the bread in the stock & then squeeze out any excess moisture. Combine the bread with the walnuts, parsley, garlic, salt & pepper in a food processor.
