rverdahl ,Very good bread. Makes a large amount. I will have to cut it in half since we are making it for two people.13y
sharonfdm ,i have made this recipe twice.. its easy, my kids can help me with it and it taste great! these quantities make two batches so i put one in a loaf tin and the other in the muffins tray and make the individuals for the kids lunches! works great and they love it!13y
kimplus5inokinawa ,My kids loved it so much that they all had seconds!!! I'll be making it again very soon!! Thanks!13y
mellowsummer ,I've been trying out various add ins. Raisins go over well. Trying (in seperate loaves) cranberries, chopped peanuts & cherries today. This recipe makes me 3 loaves. I freeze the excess.14y
sanctifiedvengeance ,Very good recipe. Made this once during the summer and it was great. Made it again today, but due to lack of ingredients, I had 3 cups of brown sugar instead of the (I'm assuming) white sugar. And I only had 1 1/2 cups worth of bananas, too. I think it tasted better than the first time. Thanks for such a tasty recipe. =]14y
joyfulbaker13 ,I'll admit, I had some reservations as I was first making this recipe but it turned out great and is incredibly versatile for mixing up the bananas with other fruits like raspberries and blueberries.14y
r0chelle ,It was very simple to make. I used only one bowl for mixing all ingredients together. Next time I will reduce the measurements b/c it made a lot of servings. But I loved it & so did my co-workers. Thanks!14y
