The whole family loves these and they are super easy to prepare. The onion is the key. It adds so much flavor to this dish.

Just made it for dinner. Parents loved it. Make it with Asparagus spears/ mushrooms and macaroni and cheese. I will make rice instead of mac and cheese next time. My Mom thought it kind of took away from the flavor of the pork chops. But other than that, they loved it.

The pork chops got mushy by pouring the drippings over top. Probably would have been better to just put them in the pan.

We have these pork chops on a weekly basis. Making tonight! Skipped lunch so I would be extra hungry! I don't make pork chops any other way

Real Tasty. I think I bought mine a lil thick to start with, on account they were a teensey bit dry. But that's my fault, not yours, and this well liked all round. I'll make it again with thinner chops next time.

This was very good, easy and basic. However, I did change it quite a bit - I used some bread crumb/flour mixture I had previously put together and kept in my pantry. I also used chicken broth which made a super yummy fsa ice. And I pan-fried the pork chops for a few minutes on each side before popping them in the oven afoot about 25 minutes.

Tastes pretty good. I'll bake it a shorter time next time. It got a little dry.

My family loves this. I used chicken broth instead of boullion. I also use more, about 2 cups. Comes out very tender and the broth makes a very flavorful gravy. Big hit.
