rochelle_79 , 1 years agoI made this last night & it was a big hit! Every one loved it including 3 year old & 16 year old. However, I made a couple of changes like adding additional seasonings to the flour for more flavor & sautéed the onions while browning the pork chops. Then followed everything as instructed in recipe!
Nmb1230 , 1 years agoHusband loved it, he is hard to please. 1 and 3 year olds eat it too, we can hardly ever get them to eat meat
mhlmll , 1 years agoI agree they need more flavor and I added extra! Also, the cooking time may need to be increased because mine were still a little pink. :(
vader_fan , 1 years agoThese smelled delicious when cooking, unfortunately there is very little 'taste' except for what the fried/browned adds. Adding 1 1/2 tsp garlic and 1 1/2 season salt to flower helped. Also topped with Tarragon & finely chopped fresh rosemary which helped more. Next I will try leaving out 1 bullion and adding 1/2 cup white cooking wine.
dgmacintyre , 1 years agoMy kids liked this & the pork was tender, however it was a little bland for my husband. Very easy recipe though.
