Prepared a dressing by mixing condensed milk, sugar, miracle whip, and white vinegar. The dressing is better if it is prepared some time before the dish is prepared, the night before is preferable.
Cook pasta. Allow to cool. Add radishes, carrots, broccoli, red onions, and bell peppers. Pour dressing over the dish and mix throughly.
