Ingredients

1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt
1 tbsp granulated sugar; or according to taste
1/2 tsp cardamom powder; or according to taste

I added a very small amount of cardamom and it turned out just okay, more icy and less creamy than I've had before. Maybe next time I'll omit the ice.

Not like the mango lassi I know. Way too much cardimon flavor and not enough sugar! I will do 2 tbs sugar next time and only a pinch of cardimon.
