lorypalm ,Also, makes great tasting waffles. The batter is thick enough. Love this recipe.4y
kelseyannvere ,I used whole wheat flower and substituted pumpkin pie spice for cinnamon and these pancakes were delicious! Not too much pumpkin flavour (my husband isn't a fan of pumpkin and he enjoyed these) and still fluffy.8y
lastingbliss5 ,My family love these, I was going to make regular pancakes this morning and my kids insisted that I make pumpkin pancakes again! I added vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Big hit!!10y
trtlmay ,I did half whole wheat flour, half unbleached, added pumpkin pie spice, but forgot the vanilla. The pancakes were dense, but tasted good. The second half I added which chocolate morsels for fun and they were delicious!! My batch made 18 or so 4 inch pancakes. I would make again.10y
mattsmommy2207 ,Too bland even after adding vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice no one cared for them.11y
aminalevy ,I have made this recipe a few times now. One batch makes enough to feed my family of 5. Everyone loves them!11y
erincpeters ,Just made these for a second time, and they were even better this go around.11y
plavsic07 ,I posted a review of this a while ago and I don't know what I did differently, but this time around these were absolutely to die for. The only thing I changed about the recipe was that I added a dash of cloves. My husband was racing about them! Served then with whipped cream.11y
darlenatrout ,I used whipped topping on the pancakes & added some pumpkin pie spice. They were still a little bland for my family. I might try adding vanilla & some nutmeg next time.11y
erincpeters ,Very good. Used turban squash leftover from dinner, and put everything in the blender.11y
djw302 ,This is a great recipe. The pancakes turned out very light and fluffy! I added some vanilla and nutmeg, and combined 1 cup evaporated milk with 1/2 c. skim milk. (I ended up adding a splash more skim milk to the batter..) I only substituted the evaporated milk because I only had skim and was wary about how it would effect the recipe. My husband raved about the result!11y
1sillypizza ,Great recipe! My family loved it. I used almond milk in mine. Extremely easy and really the best pancakes I've ever made.11y
plavsic07 ,These were very fluffy and the texture was very good. I would add some more cinnamon and some cloves and maybe ginger to make it taste more like pumpkin pie though. Overall, it is a very good recipe.11y
kristakettenringromero ,Our new favorite pancake recipe! No leftovers! I did add a little vanilla and it seemed to complete it. Wonderful!11y
jenrford ,We made these for brinner tonight, and they were a hit with the whole family. I made 12 3" pancakes and they were gone! (I left out the oil) Thankfully, this makes a huge batch, so we have enough left for breakfast tomorrow mmorning.11y
marcieschlecht ,My whole family loved these! Homemade syrup made them extra good! Will for sure be making these again :)11y
mrbearsmama ,My first try at this recipe was a complete success; totally yummy, light, fluffy, pumpkin flavor was just right, and they were pretty easy. Thanks for posting :)11y
