Great for barbeques and family gatherings
Line a cookie sheet with tin foil. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove the skin off the chicken. Salt and pepper. Place on cookie sheet. Bake for 1/2 hr, turn chicken over. Bake for about another 1/2 hr or until chicken is fully cooked.
Brush chicken with the barbeque sauce, both sides. Bake for only a few minutes more.
