This can be made with ground chicken, ground turkey or ground beef. Very tasty and easy to make in a skillet! :)
In Medium non stick skillet add a little olive oil and cook onions and garlic until onions are tender. Add the ground meat of your choice and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or so until the meat is no longer pink! stirring occasionally. Add potatoes and more olive oil or spray butter and cook for 5 to 8 minutes until the potatoes are tender and browned. Stir in cheese and spices to your liking! Enjoy! :)
