This is the best angel food cake recipe ever!!!! It is Easy and great with berries
1. Seperate eggs, discard yolks. Measure egg whites 1 1/2 cups (around 12 eggs) Place in mixing bowl and let stand at room temp for 30 minutes
2. Sift Confectioners sugar and flour together 3 times, set aside. Add creme of tarter, extracts and salt to egg whites. Beat on high speed. Gradually add sugar until dissolved and stiff peaks form. Fold in flour mixture 1/4 up at a time. Gently spoon into an ungreased 10 in tube pan. Cut through batter with knoife to remove air pockets. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Immediatly invert pan: cool competlely before removing from pan.l
