Sauteed Asparagus
Recipes » Main Dish » Meatless
This is a quick, delicious way to use fresh asparagus.
"I've been making asparagus like this for years but we also add garlic during the sauteing and we season it with a bit of salt and pepper too. This also works great with grean beans, broccoli, summer squash, zucchini or a mix of them all!! It's a quick and delicious side that goes great with pretty much anything! We actually just made it an hour ago with asparagus and it went perfectly with our Italian Roasted Red Pepper Grilled Tuna Steaks!! Great to see it on BO!! " - tripletmamaYield: 4 Ready in 20 minutes
