This is comfort food at its best. This dish is rich in flavor and very moist. A definate crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
3 pounds ground beef
3 tablespoon creole seasoning
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pack onion soup mix
3 Eggs
2 tbs dried parsley
3/4 cup Water
1/3 cup ketchup
3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup onions; freshly chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers; freshly chopped

Original recipe makes 10

Servings  

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix until everything has been combined throughout ground beef.

Just a Question....how long do you cook this for? Or does it say and I'm missing it? I am really wanting to make this Today!

I tried this recipe for the first time, I was well impressed with the result. The meatloaf was lovely and moist and went a very long way. I will definatley use this recipe again.

I like to add a little more worcestshire sauce for added moistness. do not over cook. [I posted this recipe.]
