Hot dog wrapped in dough
MIx together oil, sugar, salt and egg in large mixing bowl. Cook milk on stove or in microwave until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add hot milk to mixing bowl while stirring ingredients. Add yeast and let stand for 5 minues. Add flour and mix completely. Kneed the dough by hand on a floured surface or in the electric mixer for 5 minutes. Place dough in greased bowl, cover with a clean dish towel and let it rise for one hour. Punch down dough and roll out on floured surface into a circle 12 - 14 inches in diameter. Cut the dough into 8 pie shaped pieces. Wrap the dough pieces around hot dog and place on greased cookie sheet. Cover with dish towel and let rise one hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake pigs in a blanket in oven for 12-15 minutes.
