Chicken Parmesan

Ready in 55 minutes

Amazing!

"I used Italian bread crumbs mixed with regular. Added basil & Oregonian to breadcrumbs. Sautéed green pepper onion & garlic in butter. Added a jar & half of ragu sweet basil. Drained tomatoes added to sauce. Added packet of sugar. Added more basil oregano & marjoram. Boiled then simmered for 30 min. Topped chicken with sauce & baked for 30 min at 375. I did not fry the chicken. The fam loved it. It's my second time to make."

I baked the chicken, as another commenter suggested, and added about 1/4 cup of red wine to the sauce. Fantastic! Will certainly be a regular in our house.

I baked the recipe. 375 for 35 min. I did not flatten the chicken. I did add seasoning to the flour. Turned out fantastic. Teenagers really enjoyed.

This was very easy! Mr. Picky even liked it. Making again on Saturday. I cheated and used my favorite jar sauce. Only thing I'll change is season the chicken after pounding it out! Most importantly this was tender, crisp, and moist! This is going into my 'Weekly Menu' rotation!

Great recipe! I cooked the garlic with the onions. Just make sure to flatten your chicken, it will be perfectly cooked. Excellent! Thank you for the recipe!
