A tangy-sweet syrup. Drizzle over pancakes, bananas, fruit, granola, a bit of cheese, or add to dressings and salads.
In a 1 1/2 quart saucepan, bring the cider to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and continue to simmer until the cider has boiled down to a thin syrup...about 30 minutes. You will see bubbles all across the surface when the syrup is ready.
Add the brandy and set aside to cool.
