4 largePotatoes; (also great with Sweet Potatoes)
Olive Oil; for drizzling
Mrs. Dash or other spice

Oven Roasted Potatoes Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash and dry potatoes. Cut potatoes into bite size chunks and place on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. Bake until cooked through 10 - 15 minutes.
