This is a somewhat healthy and very yummy lasagna recipe, for someone lazy people
Thaw spinach and get rid of the excess liquid but don't have to squeeze it dry (i used to wring it and thats way too much) do it just so its not drippy
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cook beef (brown it so nothing red and raw).
Add oregano and spaghetti sauce to browned meat.
Chop the onion and add it to meat sauce too.
Mix spinach and cottage cheese in another bowl
Get a greased or non stick baking dish and add the ingredients in layers as follows:
bottom layer is spinach & cottage cheese (half of all)
pasta layer (half of all)
meat sauce layer (meat, spice, oion & spaghetti sauce) (half of all)
Mozarella cheese layer (half of all)
repeat so 2 layers.
Bake for 45 minutes
If frozen bake for 55 or so minutes
