1 Banana; sliced
1/3 poundFrozen blueberries
1/3 poundFrozen strawberries
1/3 poundFrozen raspberries

1 Fresh strawberry

Berry Medley Smoothie Preparation

Pour the milk, sliced banana and frozen berries into a blender and blend until nice and smooth. Garnish with a fresh strawberry, if desired.

    Lovely! This was smooth, cool and nutritious. I added 2 tsp of ground flax seeds for some extra fiber. Enjoy!
