Tortilla chips topped with re-fried beans, salsa and melted cheese.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lay the tortilla chips on a baking pan in a single layer. At this point the sky is the limit for toppings. You may choose to top with cooked chicken, chili or just cheese. I used re-fried beans. Top each chip with a spoonful of re-fried beans and a dollop of salsa (or whatever topping you like). Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips and bake for 5-6 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve with your favorite drink.
