This is a deliciuos quick recipe for dinner.
Wash and peel the potato put them in water and salt to a boil, until tender, but not too much that they break! Drain and cool in the refrigirator.
Boiled the 3 eggs and cool in the refrigirator with the potato
when cooled open the eggs cut them and mix the mayonaise, the onion, the red and green peppers and the potato making a deliciuos colorful salad!
Add the apples if you like, cover and leave in the fridge until ready to serve.
In a large skillet sauté the garlic and cilantro in the butter and oil for 2 to 3 minutes, Don't let the garlic turn brown!!!
Add the shrimp, turning the heat a little bit med to high and cook for 5 minutes, add the flour to thicken the buttery sauce,
Squeeze the 1/2 lemon and cook for just 1 more minute.
Remove from heat and serve immediately
