| 1 cupIceberg lettuce; chopped |
| 1 Carrot; grated |
| 1 cupRed cabbage; sliced |
| 1/2 Red bell pepper; sliced |
| 2/3 cupGreen bell pepper; sliced |
| 1/2 cupApple; grated |
| 2 Meatless sausage; frankfurt type, sliced |
| 1/2 cupSpinach; chopped |
| 1/4 cupPickles; sliced |
| 1/2 cupMayonnaise |
| 2 tablespoonDijon mustard; old fashion |
| 3 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce; vegetarian |
Everything Salad Preparation
Mix the mayonnaise, dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce to make a cream. Chop the rest all the ingredientes very thin with a food processor, add the mayonnaise cream and mix well. Chill out and serve.
You may change the ingredients according with the veggies you have.
