Original recipe makes 4
1/2 cupCelery; sliced
1 cupIceberg lettuce; chopped
1 Carrot; grated
1 cupRed cabbage; sliced
1/2 Red bell pepper; sliced
2/3 cupGreen bell pepper; sliced
1/2 cupApple; grated
2 Meatless sausage; frankfurt type, sliced
1/2 cupSpinach; chopped
1/4 cupPickles; sliced
1/2 cupMayonnaise
2 tablespoonDijon mustard; old fashion
3 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce; vegetarian

Everything Salad Preparation

Mix the mayonnaise, dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce to make a cream. Chop the rest all the ingredientes very thin with a food processor, add the mayonnaise cream and mix well. Chill out and serve.

You may change the ingredients according with the veggies you have.
