Very decadent meal! Use fat free sour cream to cut down the calories.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute leeks and garlic in the butter for about 1 minute. Add shrimp and salt and pepper to taste.
Continue to cook, turning once, until shrimp are pink.
Add wine and sour cream; simmer for a minute or so, or until all ingredients are heated through.
Remove from skillet to serving plates; sprinkle with lime zest and serve.
