Fried, tiny shrimp.
Pre-set a plate with a paper towel for draining.
In medium bowl, combine flour and lemon-pepper.
Add shrimp, and mix until coated.
In a solid sauce pan, heat olive oil until a drop of water crackles, but not so hot it smokes.
Add shrimp quickly with a ladle; try to avoid getting extra flour into the oil.
Cook 1 minute, then turn with a fork, and cook and additional minute or until golden.
Remove pan from heat, remove shrimp onto paper towel.
