* Slice Olives lengthwise, leaving the bottom (large end) attached.
* Stuff each olive with approximately one teaspoon of the spicy pork sausage (casing removed)
* Beat an egg and a tablespoon of water in a bowl.
* Roll the stuufed olives in the flour, dip in the egg mixture and roll in the breadcrumbs.
* Fry the Stuuf Olives in a deep fryer for 4 minutes at 325 degrees or until golden brown.
* Drain on brown paper or paper towels.
* Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to two days.
