This is a super quick weekday meal that looks and tastes fantastic.
1. Cook pasta of your choice as directed (picture shows spinach and cheese ravioli)
2. While pasta is cooking, heat ceasar dressing in large skillet
3. Add chopped tomato, asparagus, and artichokes (if using) to skillet
4. Add shrimp to skillet and cook 5-10 minutes until shrimp has turned pink
5. Add cooked and drained pasta to skillet and mix thoroughly
6. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately
This recipe is so fast and easy and tastes like something that takes a lot longer. The ceasar dressing has all the right flavour to make a great tasting sauce.
