nik_feliciani ,NEW FAVORITE DISH! Wow! We LOVE IT! Made it two times so far and the first time I flopped on the sauce bc I didn't let the broth boil for 7 minutes and I added too much lemon. But the 2nd time I did it perfect and it came out AHMAZING! So easy. This sauce could be used on chicken and fish. Served with string beans and quinoa5y
kburke10 ,Whole family loved this! I did add some cornstarch to thicken the sauce and I pounded the heck out of the chicken breasts which took some time, but it was worth it!8y
mamaschaef ,Absolutely amazing! Purchased regular boneless pork chops, pounded to 1/4 inch then placed prosciutto on top and pounded to 1/8 inch. Served with pan fried cheddar onion perogies.10y
colette68 ,Amazing flavor! Made this for company so I doubled the recipe next time I will not double the butter it was way too much glad I cut back a bit but next time will cut in half.10y
christy589 ,This recipe is DIVINE. I love that the prosciutto traps all the juices and makes the pork so amazingly tender. And the sauce! Omg. I saved the leftover sauce and have eaten it on everything, it is just so darn good. I have made this recipe three times now. The most recent time I made it I forgot to buy chicken broth, so I used some cheap moscato I had on hand instead. WOW! The results were amazing. White wine is an excellent addition to this sauce.10y
rfiddy ,Pork covered by more pork. What could be better? Sauce had a great flavor a well. Definitely will do again soon!11y
cheriebonine ,A new family favorite! The depth of flavor is incredible. I can't wait to make this again!11y
jilldemldupont ,There was not a single leftover in my house! All of my family loved this!! I used deli ham instead of prosuitto. My sauce didn't get that thick, but it was still good! I ate it on my side dishes of mashed potatoes and green beans also!!!!12y
emmetryan ,The flavour is amazing and that's despite my accidentally over-heating the sauce. Really lovely taste I'm going to make this again, and again, and again.12y
crystil ,Delicious!!! My family loved this even my super picky 6 year old!!! Full of garlic flavor, tempered with lemon and, wow, sage really made the difference! (I buy sage fresh and then freeze it, which worked out just fine for this recipe! You'll not be disappointed with this one!!!12y
marisa03 ,The proscuitto on the pork chop was so crispy. I added some herbs to my flour to help add taste. The sauce was pretty good, not too heavy. I will try again.12y
