Standard tapas fare at any Spanish pub.
Preheat oven grill.
Cook potatoes until tender. Allow to cool slightly and halve potaties. Heat a glug of oil in an ovenproof pan and fry onions and chorizo for 5 minutes. Add gralic paste and cook for another minute.
Toss through potatoes, peas and parsely an pour eggs over. Cook, stirring occassionally until eggs begin to set.
Place tortilla in oven and grill until golden and set. Remove and allow to cool.
Serve sliced into wedges at room temperature with ice-cold beer!
