A great way to spice up a pot of crabs, Liberian style.
Take the cleaned and rinsed crab an place into a large cooking pot
In a blender add the 3 palls of Habenero Pepper, chopped Bell peppers, chopped onion, 2 maggie cubes and 2 tea spoon seasoning salt, along with 1/2 cup of water.
Blend until it is nearly liquidified.
After blending add peanut butter and mustard into the blender and blend again to liquidify.
Taste and add additional seasoning to your liking.
Pour final blend into large pot with crab and steam.
Place 1 unbroken Habenero Pepper into the pot.
About 25 minutes into the steam add 1/2 bottle of beer, cilantro cube and maggie cube and stir. After stirring add tea spoon of seasoning salt.
Continuing steaming for about 20 minutes (or until crab is fully cooked).
To tone done the degree of fire in your crabs try using only one Habenero pepper or substituting with mild chili/jalapeno peppers.
