2 tsp vegetable oil
1 lb ground pork
4 green onions; thinly sliced
1 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic; chopped
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs cilantro; chopped
16 butter lettuce leaves
8 tsp plum sauce

Original recipe makes 8 Servings



1. In large frying pan, heat oil over high. Add pork. Cook, stirring until starting to brown. Drain excess fat.

2. Stir in green onions, allspice, ginger, garlic, tamari. Cook until green onions are tender, about 2 minutes.

3. Place 2 lettuce leaves on each plate. Spoon pork into leaves and top with plum sauce and cilantro.
