Chicken covered in cheez-its, what could be better?
Mix together milk and sour cream. Crunch up cheez-its. (I place them in a ziploc bag and roll a drinking glass over the bag.) Dip chicken breast into sour cream/milk mixture. Then, dip chicken into crunched up cheez-its, completely covering both sides. Place on greased cookie sheet. Pour melted butter over each chicken breast. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
