Six ingredients, five minutes to prepare, and delicious! From Angelina Baron Bednar, 1992.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
Stir dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder) together.
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Spread to cover bottom of a 13x9 inch or similar pan.
Sprinkle berries on top and press down into the batter.
Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 30-45 minutes, until batter has browned slightly.
Can use just about any juicy berries, fresh or frozen (no need to defrost; 400-600 grams will do). Serve with ice cream, if desired. Very quick and delicious!
