Perfect pie crust everytime
Blend crisco, flour and salt using a pastry cutter. Mix egg, vinegar and water together. Add to crisco blend. Chill one hour minimum. Makes enough for 2 (two crust) pies or 4 single shells.
Water can be adjusted to 5 1/2 Tbsp if too wet.
