Very easy and SOO good - travels well for pot lucks!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Sprinkle coconut and pecans evenly over bottom of greased 13x9 pan.
In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, & eggs.
Mix until moistened, then beat at a high speed for 2 minutes.
Pour over coconut and pecans.
In another bowl, combine sugar, margarine and cream cheese. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Spoon evenly over cake batter within 1 inch of edges.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 - 55 minutes.
To serve, cut into squares and invert onto dessert plates.
Refrigerate left-overs.
