Suggest a better descriptionPut one egg yolk into a food processor. Turn on high. Add oil, one teaspoon at a time - without turning the processor off - until it starts to thicken. While the processor is still running, add dijon mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Keep adding the oil, one tsp at a time until you get the consistency you like. At the very end, whip in the vinegar.
