This dish has a very beautiful look, indeed and can surprise anyone. Try this for your next dinner....
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Cut the potatoes into the thin slices. You can use the spoon to prevent the cutting through.
Mix in the small bowl olive oil, chopped garlic, herbs, oregano, salt and pepper.
Put this mixture between every slice of your potatoes, and put in the oven to bake for 50-60 minutes.
You may put a little more olive oil on top of the potatoes.
You may add some cheese on top and bake for additional 10 minutes.
