Combine yeast, water, & sugar in large bowl & let set for 5-10 min.
Add salt, oil, and flour.
Take the dough on a floured surface and knead for 3 minutes. Cut in half.Place 1/2 in floured bowl, and form the other half to fit your pan (turn up the sides for the crust).
Poke it with a fork. Place in oven for 5 min.
Take out of the oven & spread spaghetti sauce or pesto then build the pizza with other ingredients. Bake until cheese has a golden tinge to it.
