Victoria sponge mixture with icing and decorations
Heat oven 180c 350f,mark 4.
Cream margarine and sugar,till white in colour.
Beat eggs in separate bowl, then add to mixture. little at time,so it doesnt
separate or curdle.keep mixing,beating lots of air in.
Then fold in flour gently not losing all the air that has been beaten in.
Half fill 12 -16 paper cases with the mixture.
Bake for 15-20 mins untill firm.
When they are cool, ice and decorate.
